I bought a watch in December and two days ago a small piece came loose on the face of the watch. I brought it into the store yesterday thinking I would need to send it out for repair and pay insurance, s&h, etc. Instead, they looked to see if they could fix the issue onsite. They quickly determined that wasn't possible, so they simply replaced the watch for me!! I was very pleasantly surprised!
