The owner Dave is simply great, you can tell he truly loves what he does. Also, the staff is incredibly knowledgeable overall, and if one person is not too familiar with a particular thing, someone else in that store likely does.

It was pretty busy on a Saturday with some sort of card game event, but there were enough people working that I was helped quickly.
