Was told the warranty is only 3 months. phone stopped working after 4 months. piece of junk. telus pre-owned warranty is 12 months. this place would not warranty or help as they are a "re-seller" of iphones etc. buyer BEWARE. !!! what a joke. this place should be shut down. will be reported to BBB and i will be filing a complaint with Telus. lost my business forever
