  I had the most atrocious service at the pharmacy today. I knew my drive home was going to take 15 minutes so I made sure to call 20-25 minutes before I had to leave the office. I called and was put on hold for 8 minutes then finally heard the phone pick up and some rustling and then I was hung up on on. I thought perhaps there was a connection issue so I called back. Same thing happened and I knew I’d been hung up on both times now. I call back a third time and connect and the girl on the other end seems upset someone’s calling. I spell out my last name and she cranking replies I can’t understand you. So I speak louder and more clearly, and she still gets the last letter wrong so I correct her, and she gets frustrated because I did so, so I phonetically spell out my last name and she asks for my phone number. Finally she has my file open, and I ask for my prescription and then say I will be there in 15 minutes to pick it up and she says she cannot put me in front of the person she just served because they were there first. I am frustrated at this point and say well I’ve called twice in the last 30 minutes and have been hung up on. It’s not my fault I waited so late to call and pick up, and she tells me it is because I’m calling. I finally tell her frustratedly and a little angrily that I will wait the 40 minutes even though it’s not fair and halfway through my statement I get hung up on. I waste 30 minutes doing other things and arrive at the pick up till and am made to wait 5 minutes for the pharmacist who is surprised the order has come in, then when he asks if the medication is in stock she pipes up snidely no we’re out of that. TLDR: I was hung up on 3 times trying to get my prescription which I didn’t find out was out of stock and then forced to go to another pharmacy and wait another 30 minutes. What should have been a total 30 minute process turned into almost 2 hours.

  The overnight security guard is incredibly rude and will follow two feet behind you while you are in the store, even after you say you need no help, hovering over you in every aisle like she assumes you are shoplifting. Made me very uncomfortable. You should be able to browse in the store without being harassed.
