  Avoid this store if possible. I had to come here for a simple phone upgrade after a great experience at the barrhaven store, but they didn't have the phone I wanted in stock. So they said there was a phone in stock at the carlingwood location. (Barrhaven location will get a five star). I guess I didn't have the same level of identification required as the barrhaven store and the manager told me I needed different identification. Instead of working with me he said the "system" wouldn't let him work with me. Supposedly he is the manager but a girl with curly hair suggested a solution (she wasn't the manager) and guess what... It was a workable solution. She understood customer service and her manager simply told me there was nothing that could be done. The manager came back and said he could process my request one time only. To his credit he gave a credit for the trouble but I can't believe I bought two phones in one night at two different locations and one was a pleasure and the other had me nearly ready to scream at employees.
