  Amazing customer service. I ordered a part off their website in the morning on a Friday and by the afternoon, when they found out they did not have that part left a representative emailed me and let me know. I had more questions and he followed up with me, answering questions quickly. This was a very pleasant and painless experience.

  RB Computing is simply the best all around computer repair company. The customer service is second to none, they are fast, extremely knowledgable and you can not beat their prices. This is the third time I have had to take a different computer in and again very pleased with everything. Give them your business you can not go wrong

  Was a little cautious when ordering due to not being familiar with shoprbc but my order was processed quickly with a couple email updates one of which provided a tracking number. Parts even came a day early! Prices seem to be a cut lower than other Canadian retailers too even with the $15 out of province shipping charge tacked on. Will buy from again.
