Matthew was extremely professional throughout the entire build process from start to finish. His communication through e-mail was incredibly fast. I requested a last minute part change after the the parts for the build were ordered and Matthew was able to make the adjustment and order the new part within a span of 2 hours. His prices on parts were very fair when compared to https://ca.pcpartpicker.com/ and does not excessively overcharge on parts unlike some other PC builders. I have no hesitation to recommend Matthew and DragonPC to anyone looking to build their next custom PC.
