  DONT GO HERE!!!! They screwed me over terribly!! I am referring to the Merivale Mall location. I have been going to Merivale Mall since I was a child..over 40 years and I try to support the businesses there. I brought my sons IPad 3 here to have the glass replaced, was quoted $99.00. Oh my not at all! I dropped it off in a Thursday and they said it would be ready by Monday, we’ll i called on Tuesday because I had not heard anything and they informed me it would cost an additional $60.00 because they would also have to replace the fingerprint button. I wasn’t sure why but I trusted them. Stupid me! Long story shortened after I made multiple calls we didn’t get the IPad back till after a month! It looked off, the glass looked and felt like plexiglass and we could see particles underneath. 3 days later my son is swiping on the iPad while reading a book in it and the glass just cracked. I took it back and they said they would not cover physical issues!! I was like!! That’s why we came to you! It did not hold up! I was sitting beside him when it happened. Long story shortened again and multiple calls from me & 6 weeks later we get it back and they tried to charge me $25.00 for technician fees. Uh, no! 2 days later the exact same thing happens! Glass cracks while my son was reading a book in it. I then too the IPad to someone reputable and they told me the thumb print had never been replaced because my sons thumb still worked on it. So, I paid $160... now I am paying $130. To have it fixed again by someone good. Trust me don’t go their and beware of Mohammed, he’s the one who I dealt with!
