  Bought a Dodge from them in November 2017 now in March 2018 its been there over 9 times. We are a service centre for marine and small engine and rely on our service trucks to get us and our customers product around. Sales part was amazing and no complains. Service on the other hand is the worst. If they can be a dealership isn't that involving the service of what they sell?? Pretty sure... Not happy with the service department. ALSO - They say they will call you to update you or when your car is ready but they don't. All times have been us calling over and over. - The Owner of Alex's Marine & Sports.

  Capital Dodge has been my dealer of choice since the early 1990's. Since then my family have purchased six vehicles from this dealership. The sales department have always dealt with me fairly and the service department has been pleasant to deal with. My Fiat 500L pocket rocket, was purchased with the help of Andreanne who made the buying experience enjoyable, without the usual stress. My latest acquisition, a Chrysler 300 was also purchased from Capital. I find it important to keep control of service visits to avoid purchasing supplemental service work which inflates my service bill no end. Such as brake fluid flush, transmission fluid change, injector body clean.

  My wife and I went to buy a minivan. The salesman's were all talking and nobody pay attention to us when I finally asked for help I got the worst salesman I ever seen in my life. I ask about used minivans he said what is your budget I reply I just want to see what you have he said well I have 18 and I'm not going through all of them with you . That was odd so I pick 2. He was fighting me every step of the way making buying very stressful, made me feel like I had to play defense all the time . When I finally made an offer they came back with another offer. I said well I'm going to take this offer and I'm going to think about it because it's not what I wanted to pay . He said you cannot take the paper. I understand if this was an official quote but it was just a piece of paper with some pen writing on it . Then I reply fine I'll take a picture but before I was able to take my phone out the salesman literally jump over the desk rich over to my chair and snatch the paper right out of my hands . My wife thought that there was going to be a fist fight when she saw my face . I asked for my Visa and my driver's license back and they kept delaying and wouldn't give it to me so I had to go to the manager's desk and pick it up myself . When I went to talk to the sales manager about it but he was not interested in listening to me he just kept trying to make the sale .I'll set you up with another salesman you can still buy the car he sed. I reply I am not buying anything from you guys ever. The experience was so much different to what they advertise in the radio commercial. I feel like somebody should played their own commercial back to them so they can listen to it. His name was Jeff.
