  I bought my car here from Fred (sales person). He is what you would consider to be a typical 1980s, slick used car salesman. He talks down to you, demeans you and when the sale is complete, forgets about you and all of the promises the dealership made. The car I bought is great but the service from Fred was garbage. The only reason I'm not giving this place a 1 star review is because Andy (the General Manager) and Shawn (another sales rep) had helped turn this experience around a little by making sure all of the promises initially given were met. The products here are good, and the service CAN be good, just be selective in who you choose to deal with.
