  This location is horrible for service. They don't have parts in stock, I asked them to check which location does before I go out driving in a crazy snow storm we were having in Ottawa that day, and all he said was "I'm sure Huntclub nissan will have them". I insisted he calls to make sure, so he did, and told me to drive out there because they have the parts on hold for me. I go all the way there and once I arrived, I spoke with an awesome gentleman named Mehdi at Huntclub nissan and he said that nobody called. Mehdi made up for it by providing the parts (thank God they were actually there) and he also asked me to bring the car into the garage away from all the snow so he can install them for me. Mehdi along with a gentleman named Sohel at Huntclub nissan changed my experience that day from totally crappy to totally positive. Thank you to Huntclub nissan and a big NO THANK YOU TO 417 NISSAN.. Not what the employee's name is, but he was black and skinny and worked at the service desk. Horrible service I tell ya and I will never go back.

  Amazing customer Service. Staff are very friendly and helpfull. Even salesman, Elie Abou Moussa still following up while seeing us waiting for an oil change. Highly recommend this amazing Nissan dealer.
